Dear Resident

As you may be aware, the County Council is proposing to make changes to the way we deliver adult social care. As part of this process a survey has been issued to gain people’s views on the proposals in advance of the Leader’s decision on the operating model which will be taken later this year.

The survey is intended for people who use our services, their families and carers, voluntary and community organisations and all local people who have an interest in adult social care. The survey can be accessed at the following link:

Please could I ask that you make your councillors aware of the survey? Also, please do pass it along to any local groups or residents you feel may have a particular interest in the proposed changes. The survey is available in alternative formats including easyread, so do just let me know if you require a different format.

The survey is running until Friday 11 August and should take only around 5-10 minutes to complete. A press release has been issued and can be found at the following link:
