The Parish

Slaugham Parish consists of four villages, Slaugham, Handcross, Pease Pottage and Warninglid.

After the last set of boundary changes by the Boundary Commission, the Parish was split into two wards.

Handcross & Pease Pottage in the Balcombe ward and Slaugham and Warninglid in the Bolney ward. This means that the Parish now has the distinction of having two District Councillors, two County Councillors and two MPs. The Parish lies alongside the A23 London to Brighton Road and is one of the larger Parishes within the Mid Sussex District Council area.
